Complaint concerning faulty goods are possible within 2 years of purchase, if the product is not covered by the extended warranty. To make a complaint, you must have a purchase document (invoice) or order number.
Before handing over the goods for complaint, consider whether the defect is covered by the warranty or whether you will not be able to solve the defect yourself with our help.
If the watch stops going out of nowhere, it is most likely due to a low battery. Just have it replaced at the nearest watchmaker.
If the defect was caused by your fault due to incorrect use of the goods, the complaint will be rejected.
If you are unsure about something, contact us before sending the goods for complaint. Otherwise, it is enough to bring or send the goods to our store without prior agreement.
