Complaint concerning faulty goods are possible within 2 years of purchase, if the product is not covered by the extended warranty. To make a complaint, you must have a purchase document (invoice) or order number.

Before handing over the goods for complaint, consider whether the defect is covered by the warranty or whether you will not be able to solve the defect yourself with our help.

If the watch stops going out of nowhere, it is most likely due to a low battery. Just have it replaced at the nearest watchmaker.

If the defect was caused by your fault due to incorrect use of the goods, the complaint will be rejected.

If you are unsure about something, contact us before sending the goods for complaint. Otherwise, it is enough to bring or send the goods to our store without prior agreement.

Send the claimed goods to our address

If you are not sure of the validity of the complaint, contact us before sending the goods by email or telephone. Otherwise, send the goods directly without prior agreement to the address:

We do not accept shipments sent to another address (e.g. billing address)!

Include a copy of the invoice in the package. If you do not have it, your order number is enough. Describe as accurately as possible the defect of the claimed goods and state your telephone or email. We will contact you as soon as we receive the goods.

How long to wait?

By handing over the claimed goods, the 30-day complaint period begins, but you don't have to worry, we don't unnecessarily prolong the process and we usually manage to resolve the complaint in a shorter time. We will inform you about the solution. Whether the goods will be exchanged for a new piece, repaired or your money will be refunded.
