Return of the goods

We want returns to be as simple as possible. Below you will find the conditions, address and everything needed for quick processing.

30-day period

You can return goods without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the order.

Goods and accessories

Return the goods undamaged, without signs of use and with all supplied accessories.

Refund

We refund using the original payment method. For cash on delivery, include your bank account number.

We do not directly exchange non-defective goods. If you want a different model, return the original goods under our return policy and place a new order. We initiate refunds without undue delay after receiving the returned goods, and no later than 14 days after receipt. For a statutory withdrawal, the deadline remains 14 days from notification of withdrawal; we may withhold reimbursement only until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective goods, including any right to replacement.

How the 30-day period works

The statutory right to withdraw without giving a reason lasts 14 days. Any refund of the original delivery cost is limited to the cheapest standard delivery method offered for that order; if it was free, the delivery refund is zero. In addition, we allow unused, undamaged and complete goods to be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. The customer pays the return shipping costs.

We do not accept shipments sent to another address (e.g. billing address)!

You do not need to print or complete a form. Include your order number or proof of purchase so that we can identify the return quickly. We will contact you after receiving and checking the goods. Refunds are normally sent within a few days and no later than the statutory deadline.
