How delivery works

The times shown are estimates in working days. Weekends, Czech public holidays and current dispatch or carrier exceptions are taken into account.

Pickup point or delivery to your address

Where pickup-point delivery is available, you can choose a specific branch during checkout. For home delivery, a local carrier delivers the parcel to the address in your order.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking information. If the parcel status does not change for an unusually long time, contact us and we will check it.

Personal collection

If personal collection is available for your order, please arrange the handover time with us in advance. The contact address is not a regular walk-in store.
