Card payments are processed by the GoPay payment gateway. Card details are not entered into our shop form.

Bank verification

Your bank may verify the payment through 3D Secure in its app, by SMS or another method chosen by the bank.

Other methods

Transfer, cash on delivery, cash or deferred payment appear only where genuinely available for the country and delivery method.

How to recognise a safe payment

Before paying, check the correct domain and secure HTTPS connection. We never ask for the full card number, CVC or online-banking access by email or phone.

Online payments take place on a secure payment gateway. Bank verification protects the card, but you should still check the amount and merchant shown at confirmation.

If a payment fails

Do not create several orders before checking. First confirm in online banking whether the amount has left and check the email for the order.

If the amount is blocked or debited but the order is not confirmed, send us the order number. Never send card or login details.

Price and documents

The total price including delivery, payment and optional services is shown before the binding order submission.

Documents are linked to a specific order. Contact us as soon as possible about billing-detail changes, ideally before dispatch.
