Shipping, returns and claims each have a clear guide. Contact us before ordering or sending goods if anything is unclear.

What you can find here

The range includes watches, straps, sunglasses, blue-light glasses and jewellery. The selection and availability change with warehouse stock.

The product page is the deciding source for the current price, condition, dimensions, included accessories and any warranty for a particular item.

How shopping works

Choose the destination country in checkout. Available carriers, payments, price and estimated delivery then update for that country. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.

If an item is unsuitable, follow the Returns page. For a defect or other problem, use the Claims page.

Who operates the store

Operator details, billing information, bank details and the contact address are available on the Contact page and in the terms and conditions.

The returns and claims address is not a regular walk-in shop. Personal handover must be arranged in advance.
