Brand and model

A product is listed under the brand and model shown on its detail page. Check the photographs and specifications before ordering.

Product condition

A discount does not by itself mean that an item is used. If an item is used, recycled or has a special condition, this must follow from its label and description.

Guarantees and defects

Statutory rights for defects are not the same as a voluntary manufacturer or seller guarantee. An extended guarantee applies only where explicitly stated.

What to check before ordering

Review the model name, product photos, dimensions, material, movement, water resistance and stock status. For watches, also check strap length and width where available.

Packaging and accessories can vary by brand and model. If a particular box, manual or accessory matters and is not specified, ask before purchase.

New, discounted and specially labelled items

A sale or discount describes price, not automatically condition. A discounted product also shows the statutory reference price when that rule applies.

Read any special product label together with its description and photographs. It is better to resolve uncertainty before ordering than after opening the parcel.

Statutory rights and voluntary guarantees

The seller is responsible for defects under applicable law. A voluntary quality guarantee may provide additional rights, but only to the extent stated with the product or in the guarantee statement.

Use the claims process and have the order number or proof of purchase ready. Ordinary wear, a depleted battery or damage caused by improper use are assessed differently from a manufacturing defect.

What to do after delivery

Check the parcel and product as soon as possible. If either arrives damaged, take photographs and contact us.

Before removing protective films and wearing the product normally, confirm the model, condition, size and ordered variant.
